How to reset the password for staff members?

Good morning

Please follow the steps to reset the password for your staff members or those who accidently deleted the welcome email.

Resetting a Staff Member's Password (Manager Access)

1. Log in using your Manager credentials.
2. From the left-hand menu, select the 'Staff' section (See the image attached)
3. Once the staff list is displayed, locate the staff member whose password requires resetting.
4. Do not click on the staff member’s name.
5. Instead, on the right-hand side of the corresponding row, click the green padlock icon.
6. A password reset window will appear. Enter the new password twice to confirm it.
7. Click 'Submit' to complete the process.
8. The staff member will receive an email containing the new password you have set.
